Hello, once again, I say, "I'm doing something I never thought I'd be doing" because this* specifically felt like something I'd never speak about.
However, as the years went by, my outlook on this changed, and now I am no longer embarrassed by it - and feel proud that I was able to help myself stop that addiction (which it becomes).

I am no doctor, this of my own personal perspective and opinion.
But I do know that cutting out the triggers will help you immensely because you can not change or heal whilst continuing to do what you've been doing. - you have do something new.
I genuinely made this video with the pure intention of it helping those who ask for help, because you can heal it, you can overcome it! It'll take discipline, but soon you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel, and all will be well.
Thank you for being here
