Hey! Thanks for the shout-out! I love the way the fillet turned out. It makes me want to try it again...almost. ;D I found your comment on 'cool enough for hot tea' funny because I always say that it's never too hot for hot tea...but then again, I don't live in Texas.

Currently drinking my own infusion of white willow bark, raspberry leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, and turmeric. 😂 I think my partner might actually riot if I try to pick up another new threadcraft, but boy do I love the look of that loom! 😅😂

That loop trick is brilliant!! I grew up in a house with several looms but I've never seen that before! It turned out beautifully!

It's so cute! And so much work! Thank you for the lovely video. Im drinking my usual water. Im also working on a shiny project; embelishing a handmade garment with some shiny trim (reinforcements) , and some shimmery floral fabric (patches)

Beautiful work! There is a gentleman semi-local to me who does metal work Brocades. He gets his best results using very fine wire apparently!

I just love the sparkle and your projects are always so fun to watch! These remind me so much of the early slavic headbands , i have one made in a similar shade of green, its modeled after a find from a Rus burial mound

I'm currently drinking "Shimla Chai" from The Spice Hut in Bellingham, WA (I tend to stop in there whenever I'm on that side of the border--it's just a few blocks away from my best friend's home), and sewing badges onto my kid's Girl Guides sash for Remembrance Day tomorrow.

I love this! It came out so well. Several years back I tried brocade weaving and gave up but I might try again. I've been wanting to get back into some tablet weaving.

Really enjoyed the video composition this week, especially the vignette at the end. Also the audio was perfect, excellent volume relative to your voice. (The project was cool too!)

UUUUUUGH(Good Ugh lol). This is so beautiful!! I have a rigid heddle loom but really want to make myself a inkle loom. I have a plan I bought but its a woodworking blueprint so not 100% sure how to read it for how to make. Im wondering if my local SCA chapter would be up for a few of us getting together and making them together.

1. That’s a really good idea, to do them together 2. You can use a rigid heddle loom with no heddle for tablet weaving!
