Jeff and Kristen, you two have the patience of saints. I don't have that kind of patience any more -- I'm long past that at 79 years old. That person seemed to be unwilling to accept responsibility for her own parking accommodations. She should know she needs a sticker, and her comments reflect that she does, in fact, know that she needs a sticker. Why it wasn't on the car is her problem to solve, not yours. May God continue to bless you and yours always!

Having lived in an apartment complex, you need to follow the rules they set and just because you have a lease does not mean you a right to park without a required parking sticker/ pass.

Since her car was unlocked, it's possible that someone stole it from her car. The stickers should be numbered and a list kept of the license plates to make sure there's isn't sharing or theft or sales.

A lady on Nextdoor complained that one of her neighbors kept taking her parking sticker and was looking for a solution to the problem. When asked if she locked her car she said "They can break a window! Why lock it." What can I say, we are 1000 miles from you guys. Stupidity seems to be universal.

The reason that the sticker is missing is because either she doesn't have one or she shares it with someone, they attach it from the inside (there meant to stick to the outside) and it fell somewhere. The reason for the vehicle stickers is to make sure only those on the lease are living and parking there. I've seen your history with those places and often times they have eight people living in a two bedroom apartment, with only one or two on the lease.

I've been having dreams of Bear coming after me and my vehicle getting towed. Thanks Jeff lol. I love most of the videos. The intro got old when binge watching but that would be the same as any intro. The "basic" winch outs also got boring but there were definitely PLENTY of awesome ones. The illegal parks are my favorite because you handle them so well. Thank you for all of the content!
