Beat those egg whites for longer. Key word:gently fold in! Know standard tuna fish cans? Cut both ends and use as a mold or let pancake set and then pour more batter on. Enjoy!!

Whip the egg whites to soft peaks before slowly incorporating the sugar, a tablespoon at a time, and continue until it is super stiff. You want to be able to pull the beaters out of the egg whites, flip them upside down, and keep those little hills on the end. If they swirl over gently, like a DQ cone, you're in the sweet spot. Never mix the egg whites and the rest of the batter. Fold it gently with a flat spatula; cut down from the center, and pull the batter to the side of the bowl, scooping upward at the end of the movement, then turn the bowl gently and do it again, and again... and again, etc.. Keep going until all of the egg whites are mixed into the batter. Whipping it together will make you lose all the air you just spent time incorporating. I don't say this to criticize, only to help you. I really want you to try those pancakes the way they are intended because you deserve that level of happiness in your life. ❤️🕊✝️

It's the same Appalachian pancake recipe I've been eating for 60 years. If you want to kick it up a notch add some vanilla oil. It's all good though.

2 Eggs separate yolk from white add 1/3 cup millk add mix up good 1/2 cup self rising flour mix up till smooth Take Egg white add 3TLBS sugar beat well or whipp is best fold into Egg mixture. Pour on grilldle and cook untill brown

When you mix the 2 at the end, you have to be gentle and slowly fold it over to keep it really airy and fluffy, resulting in the thicker, jiggly pancake 🥞.

Dude just made regular pancakes for the first time. He's been eating "complete" pancakes. God bless his Southern heart. Man, whip those egg whites into stiff peaks. You understand the term. You are a man after all. Then fold the egg whites into the first mixture. Then, scoop them out and allow them to rise on the pan for the souffle pancake. Lord Jesus. You missed the point of separating yolks from whites. The whites and sugar should be fluffed up like the beginning of meringue making. The flour probably shoujd have been self raising.....

The supper fluffiness does improve the texture. And then the added sugar makes it more enticing. Leave out the sugar and how you deal with the egg whites are not going to matter to people much.

It's about turning the egg whites into meringue and then gently folding that meringue into the pancake batter. That's what makes the pancakes super high and delicate. If you have a small round pan or molds that you can put in the pan to keep them really round and hi, it helps. They are delicious either way though.

If you have a rice cooker, cook your pancake batter in it and you get a massive pancake. Really good especially if you mix chocolate chips or berries in before you cook it

Sugary, soft, cookies drowning in sugary syrup... Yeah it's delicious, but it's about as healthy as eating pure sugar with a touch of gluten.. Over 40? That's a recipe for problems (diabetes, obesity, protein deficiency, dental caries, etc) Under 40? That's still a recipe for obesity, diabetes and dental caries, plus developing additional problems later in life.

Whip your egg white in a bowl until they start to get stiff(peaks form when you remove the whisk or beaters), then slowly add you sugar to them while you continue to whisk them, THEN slowly fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.

It would be better if you add vanilla and beat the whites until they form a peak. Your pancakes would be fuller and fluffier. Use a donut cutter to make these. They are awesome. Add blueberries too. 😊😋😉👍🏻

You can add whipped egg whites to a lot of different recipes. Anything you want "light and fluffy". Just remember to GENTLY FOLD in the egg whites or you're defeating the purpose. Also, powdered sugar or castor sugar works a little better than regular granulated sugar.

You beat the egg whites longer combined them in thirds. The first one you blend in the fold the other 2. Make sure you ingredients are at room temperature

If you beat your egg whites until they are very stiff, then fold them into the batter(not mixing them), your pancakes will be much fluffier.

Next time you make them to get the height you supposed to have put them in like a little red mechon or a little something round put the batter inside then slowly cooking on one side then you flip it over and put it in like the oven for to finish cooking fluffier and they're more fluffier and it's supposed to be better

Add a single pinch of cayenne pepper powder to that mix, before mixing.. very small pinch!!! Changes everything.. it highlights the sugars sharpness.. sounds backwards of something to do, but, if you dont like it, you are not out much, butz i eont make'em with out cayenne pepper powder

Waffles (with a bit of oil added to the mix as the main ingredient difference) are so much better. Pancakes are always completely dry no matter how much syrup you add. They just absorb all the water out of it like a sponge.

Do not add the sugar before whipping... beat whites adding sugar slowly [little by little] after they begin to stiffen then add liquid mix folding into the whites... try not to over mix, it'll flatten whites... you'll get a thicker lighter pancake
