“My community is very nice. It’s very curious people that want to learn more about themselves & enjoy a relaxing night.” Honestly, that’s a perfect description. The journey of self discovery & curiosity is a long, sometimes grueling; yet, satisfying experience. I also wanna state that Masha’s up close whispers have no business being that soothing lol. Thanks for the video!

I just wanted to say, if you are reading this... I believe in you. Maybe I'm saying this more for myself. I know you're afraid of the unknown, and you'd rather stay the same person even if that person isn't serving you anymore. You may have needed them to survive, but you don't need them anymore, and you're allowed to let them go. You are already your higher self right now. You are already the future you that made it through. Who is that person? Everyday is a new chance to learn. So I see you, and I believe in you. Trust the process. Keep going. That goes for you too Masha! You're amazing, another great video.

i always "journal". i don't get to talk to people. so writing basically lets me talk to myself. decades of journaling have gotten me to practice physically manifesting my thoughts. the thoughts are like a wild horse. or a water without a container. i become one with it. or i lose it. and what i've learned is that writing is... kind of pure. it is a friend. not that i would know what a friend is. so maybe it isn't. but it's always there for you. and it can reflect your mind. the lies we tell to ourselves is reflected back. our desires and hopes that nobody else cares about can be explored. it may not be reality... but what is reality? what is existence other than what we can experience? and words are the magic that let's you control experience through imagination. each word is a step into the unknown darkness of your mind, as you move your hand through the abyss. sometimes it works better than other times. if your mind is lost... experiencing reality... you can use control over words to find your footing. so, i approve of the journaling tactic. not the only way. everyone can find their own way of coping. some people draw. other people play music. some people meditate. some people use physical adventures to immerse themselves. it's all escapism. ... the writing doesn't judge you. i can only judge myself. it feels safe in that way. unless you're on twitter, i guess. then you're jumping up and down on a snake pit.

This reminds me of a quote from a book I’ve recently read. It goes: “Is any man afraid of change? What can take place without change? What then is more pleasing or more suitable to the universal nature? And can you take a hot bath unless the wood for the fire undergoes a change? And can you be nourished unless the food undergoes a change? And can anything else that is useful be accomplished without change? Do you not see then that for yourself also to change is just the same, and equally necessary for the universal nature?” - Marcus Aurelius Also I can’t stress enough have POWERFUL journaling is.. Masha with another beautiful video with such lovely background aesthetics ~ thank you. 🌸

If you havent heard of it, the book Mediations [by: Marcus Aurelius] might resonate with you. I feel like you act out and discuss a lot of the principles in it. Therefore, me thinks, you, if you enjoy it, could some soft spoken readings of it. Its a bit blunt in curtain lines (wording wise) but you've had a few videos where you wrestle with them weighty things, and have seemingly made them relaxing. Anywho, great content - keep up the vibes!
