A celebration of Joe Maxwell and his friendship with Catherine.
I feel that this song really suits Joe quite well - with the minor hiccup that it has him referring to Catherine as 'boy'. But perhaps that could be seen as an exclamation rather than a form of address. :D

This video uses clips from the 1980s CBS TV Show 'Beauty and the Beast', created by Ron Koslow, starring Ron Perlman and Linda Hamilton, with with Jay Acovone as Joe.
The clips with dialogue at the beginning are from the episode 'A Happy Life', written by Ron Koslow, directed by Victor Lobl
Several snippets are taken from the two episodes in which, to me, this friendship comes through most strongly:
- 'Temptation', written by David Peckinnah and directed by Gus Trikonis
- 'The Watcher', written by Linda Campanelli and MM Shelley Moore, and directed by Victor Lobl
Various brief snippets are taken from multiple other episodes from seasons 1 & 2.
FAIR USE ARGUMENTS:
1) The use is transformative, creating a new work in its own right
2) It comments on the original
3) It adds new meaning and messages to the original
4) It does not deprive the owner of the source material of income
5) It may - and hopefully will! - work as free advertisement and promotion of the original source material
6) It does not attempt to substitute for the original work
7) It is not a commercial venture
