Here in South Yorkshire when the pits closed it took years for new work to be available, we had to wait while planning and building new industry and the new industry was call centres so it never help miners who entire carers before couldn't be further away from the new one. @richard8503 Barnsley originally but Rotherham these days, both places hit hard, made unemployed for year while the start of the flood of migrants we've had then a few call centres thrown up. I don't know a single miner who want or wished to become customer service. These places that just lost their industries are now going to have to wait for the old industries to be removed and new one built probably in same place just like here. Year's of planning that doesn't seam to start until old industry is gone. I've a friend from Worksop and he alway seams to be working in a packing factory just stood on a line repeating the exact same task all day and they seam to go through staff just has quickly.

Carbon emissions from the UK are so low the country could disappear and it wouldn't change carbon levels. 2:23 So many jobs! 4,000. 😓 China gets 60% of their energy from coal. In 2020 it was only 50% but they had a goal to increase to 60% by 2030 - but they did it by 2022! So now their goal to have 70% coal generated energy by 2030!
