Everything you need to know exists within this channel along with Chris Korfists- learn from them. 99% of the rest of the content on KZitem is the same repetitive stuff that won’t lead to improvement.

Ah, I am sorry you feel that way. Chris is a great coach, but sprinting is pretty simple man. there isn't a ton of concepts to improve at, and when people try to make it seem like there is 1000s of things to do to improve it just isn't that complicated. More people need to be reminded than they need to be taught something new and did you try my free 30-day program? because like Chris Korfist I have also trained over 10 guys to run sub 11 and 2 guys to go 10.2 and 10.5 in the 100m (took them both from 11.4) So to discredit my work just because you skimmed through this video for a couple seconds of my videos pretty insane. But maybe you can do better than me, Ill. just wait for that day I guess

@@justjumari sorry Coach not discrediting your work at all- I think you misunderstood me- what I mean is your channel + Chris Korfist channel contain everything folks need to know if they need to get faster and more explosive. Your channels are the some of the few worth looking at. Been watching your stuff since less than 1K subs- you haven’t missed yet. I was a 13.26 hurdler, 6.69 60m and a 10.40 100m (ran the 100m less than 8 total times ever), 24’ LJ- you’re doing good work here keep it up.

I'm not the guy, but I recommend that you just grind for now, at the least. Show up to practice as much as you can and don't be afraid to compete with others. Plyometrics are a really good way to increase speed as well, so you should train those along side. Also, pay attention to your body during practice and during meets, learn where your weak muscles are, and try to find exercises that strengthen them. That alone, alongside improving your form(Doing drills efficiently before fast) should improve your speed significantly. Idek if you will see this tho
