Hi friends, how are you? Today I offer you my grandmother's biscuit recipe. Without butter, fabulous for breakfast! In my recipe I use ammonia for desserts: ammonia is a leavening agent that is used for biscuits and which serves to keep them fragrant, even for several days. Usually it should be added to a little warm milk and stirred until it forms the classic white foam. However, there is also a type of ammonia for biscuits which must be added directly to the flour (I always advise you to read the instructions on the back of the package). If you prefer to use baking powder, consider a 16 g sachet as a dose.
