Very nice piece of footage, freight on IE is now almost extinct and nice to see Youghal when it was operational .

Great to see the Midleton station. Grew up near that station and remember going there watching the trains. Living in the US now but took the train from Midleton to Cork and loved it. After the trains stoped in the 70's we used to play on the tracks and walk for miles towards Youghal.

Midleton seemed more livelier back then compared to know with only the 2600's paying a visit and an odd 071 weed spraying!

Reopening of the railway line should happen sooner rather then later stop Pollution, Car Accidents, Traffic Jams & Road Deaths.
