I like your content appreciating your work. Even if it does not have nay economic effect, you guys should do an introductory video presenting why you are qualified to present the content and how you preserve correctness&completeness of all statements made in your vids (except for sponsors, that's marketing). Give it a thought despite most followers not being interested. There is so much crap out there and i am not qualified, why should i trust your videos?

This is amazing. This is not the first time that you guys have hit right on my issue at the same time I have having problems there. I have been having extreme pain in my hip joints for about 6 months. Going to my knee and hip specialist in about a week. This is the exact area that I hurt in… I am pretty sure it’s arthritis, as I have bone issues in my neck, lower back, middle back and knees…osteoarthritis. Thanks guys…you rock!

Google PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) & Neil Halliman on KZitem. Once you watch it you'll feel even a bit foolish bcuz how simple but common-sense the research is. The issue is drs and the healthcare system is failing us. But that’s a story for another time. But don't give up hope. We deserve to be pain free without having to take meds that just mask the pain instead of dealing with the root cause. Everything in the human body is connected. Good luck & Godspeed bud

Please discuss growth plates.
@chrismanning8307
Жыл бұрын
Most growth plates are done between the ages of 15 all the up to 25. Femur and tibia are usually done by 20 so height usually doesn't increase after that. The clavicle (collarbone) is the last to finish and that's around 25. Ages differ between men and women with some boys still growing in height into their early 20s, but that's uncommon.

I'm experiencing this bone remodeling right now, after having full mouth extractions for dentures. When you have teeth extracted, your body doesn't need that layer of alveolar bone anymore, its only purpose is holding teeth. So when the teeth are gone, that bone resorbs and remodels and your gums shrink down. I was surprised at how fast it happens, after just 8 weeks my gums are about half the size they were before.

Having hip problems caused me to learn about my skeleton. The body grows bone and recycles old cells from our bones. Dead bone doesn’t hurt but dying bone is a 24/7 pain that’s devastating. You have blood vessels that feed your bones.

My hip bones are always in pain and the right joint pops in and out. Had this for years and told my dr about but they said because it seems OK when they looked at it I don't need x rays. I know I do as sometimes I can't put any weight on my hip and have to always make sure I get enough food on my good days as I adapted how to cook and clean and always have a cushioned chair in the kitchen as I can stand on my other leg for certain amount of time. Even tho things take longer to do I adapted how to do it. Unfortunate that some dr never truly listen.

I love how because of our science has advanced so much that we have machines like cars, planes trains etc. that can move faster than we with our frail bodies could ever move and because of those machines our skeletal protection is basically completely useless in situations like car crashes. Same goes for modern weaponry, back in the day spear and swords could kill you but bullets and explosive devices are so much more deadly.

You can, it's just that mewing isn't very effective unless you do it properly and literally all he time. It's also much less effective as an adult and the change is more subtle. It's not impossible, but the best time for that is during puberty.
