$800 is insane! I personally started using CBD this past summer from the government dispenser I still have the same bottle I paid $30 for. I take it 2x a day 5-10 drops am and pm for fibromyalgia pain. For me I found it helped with my back which was so bad I considered quitting my job. I am completely back pain free. I think this video demonstrates we aren't spending enough money to research the benefits thoroughly. Anecdotally, we know CBD works, as it stays on the market, and its existence as a collective placebo doesn't make sense. The whole world would have to be deceived in how CBD makes them feel better. It's research worth knowing to take it out of the stigma place some may see it in. It doesn't get you high, so it shouldn't even be seen as a drug unless you're comparing it to RUB A535.

The specialist that I see (referred from GP) has patients fill out questionnaires before each appointment - and appointments are regularly scheduled. They are trying to compile data but it's imperfect as all other variables cannot be taken into account. That said, it at least gives the doctor an idea of if the medication is helping and continuing to help. Prescriptions are written for and sent to the government sanctioned distributors (dispensaries?) The clinic doesn't just work with CBD, but will not prescribe medicine with THC as more than the smallest amount for people with certain health conditions.

The shop I've been buying my tobacco at for some years now, started selling CBD products a couple of years ago. I didn't have much interest in CBD, before finding it in that shop. The owner told me some things about it being good for pain--and I have serious pain issues--so I bought some CBD gummies, then, once home again, I did a little research online. What I found was that the most credible information indicated that you need roughly 50/50 CBD and THC to get those benefits, and that the manufacturers often made false claims as to the contents. Smoking weed has always worked for me, so I decided not to spend more money on something with so little likelihood of any benefits. At least I have multiple legal places to buy it locally. Now, if only my insurance would cover it....

I'm extremely sensitive to thc and would never use it intentionally. I let myself be talked into trying a "cbd" supplement for anxiety, shortly before it was legalized. (So black market was the only option) and boy did I regret it. I took a capsule before heading out shopping. An hour later I was so high I couldn't function, never mind drive my car home. Fortunately my daughter was working nearby and was able to come rescue me. I hate to think of what could have happened had it hit me while I was behind the wheel. I have since tried a legal brand and it actually did work as expected, though I still prefer not to use it except in extreme circumstances.

I don't want anything with THC anymore. I smoked for many years and am like Obelix who fell into the cauldron :) CBD is fantastic and the products from Weedborn are the best on the market!

12:35 That guy doesn't say anything wrong, from what I can see. He states that he isn't allowed to say much about the medicinal benefits, which is true; and then he informs the camera person that several studies exist which suggest CBD is useful for treating pain, etc. As long as he didn't make those studies up, and they really exist and came to those conclusions, everything he said is factually accurate and he made no medical claims of his own.

Tokyo Smoke :))))) I've dealt with them in Toronto and Thunder Bay .. They don't follow the rules, about medical claims and they charge more than most, if not all, other dispensaries in both cities!! In California there is a company of CBD producers that make all these medical claims and advertises on YT through various podcasts and such.... I've tried CBD for a year, or more, in order to quit smoking Cannabis(for pain relief which I have to discontinue soon due to throat problems developing) . But it wasn't working for either. I once was offered by the dispensary owner, what was represented as CBD "powder' in North Bay ON. And I am certain, from the taste and smell, that it was just crushed ASA, with some willow extract. {Fortunately I had a girlfriend in the mid 1990's that made tinctures of willow bark extract in BC. Not hard to recognize the smell once you have experienced with it the way I did).

I've always wanted to try CBD, as I struggle from chronic pain and ADHD as I've talked to people who swear by it, but they're in the UK. It's just so much more expensive than prescription drugs, even though I have to deal with miserable side effects. I do use hemp skincare from Superstore, but it doesn't really have active ingredients. Just like how I have shoes made of hemp. But recently I've had pretty good results with GABA, which is much easier to get from legit companies.

GABA helps with ADHD? I'm on ADHD medication but at the moment it's really bleh and I want supplements that can help me develop my mind. I'm trying my best to be healthy but it's obviously not enough. L theanine was amazing, sadly I'm out of that rn, but like I did a smol research project on it and a lot of the science supports it. I also take magnesium effervescents to help in neuroregeneration and muscle regeneration. Oh and coffee lol
