So refreshing to finally be hearing the Truth out here. We don't attract what we want, we attract what we are (vibrate), so BE the person you want to meet. I made that promise to myself 10 years ago; no more partners until I have become who I want to be (grow) with. If we're looking for our 'other half', then that's exactly what we attract. Half. We are not half, we are whole & once we do the work & realize that, THEN we will attract another 'whole'. I don't need another to complete me; I already am complete & I'm 'unlearning' all the crap I've been taught to believe that has led me to think otherwise. Brilliant video, yet again Mel! Much Love

Mel, no matter if you curse or could seem opinionated, your videos are still the ones that make the most sense for me. And it is tough love!Having worked with you and implemented the techniques to cut the “bullshit” and get responsible is the best I’ve gotten from all of the twin flame thing. I’m still working on it, because it requires discipline and strength and will power, true will power. Thank you, I love you, your teachings, your insights, your sessions etc....❤️ self mastery, that is not easy but simple enough that we can all get to it st some point.

The only person I've ever left a relationship for is MYSELF. Time was always the interim of growing myself and not looking for relationship when I reconnected with my twin. We were not the same people that we were 33 yrs prior. We did our spiritual homework and continued learning from each other. Wisdom came out of both our souls to reveal each other's issues and we were open to such growth.

See, I needed to hear this...people always pull full blame on the other person but it’s both. It takes two to tango. If people realized this sooner than later the relationship would probably go smoother.

Maybe i need to watch this and try and understand more instead of totally dismissing tf period. My attachment style is to keep a man at arms length so if they or i want yo leave, i cant get hurt. What i realize in this friendship i have with what i think is a twin is i used people as placeholders as i ran from true intimacy. Its not about letting go for me its about understanding this man is part of my journey ( cause I try so hard to get him out of my mind) and may be here forever but to deal with that attachment without a beed for control of the outcome. Loving someone unconditionally. I say im love and believe in it, live it but cone to realize i am not, was not. The other person who mirrors my crap is my 11 year old daughter. 😂😂😂yeah the universe is def fucking with me that's for sure!!!

Second question. My twin is considerably younger than me. If it is about dealing with stuff we haven’t dealt with is it to simplistic to say he is so young how much shit could he have that he hasn’t dealt with? Me I can understand I have stuff.

Oh wait, i reread your post. The interesting thing is, at 24, i had alot of things to clear (international child abduction, living in foster cares and shelters, estrangement from my family and cultural heritage, parental negligence, body dysmorphia, mythomania, bipolar mania, erotomania, chronic depression...these are no longer patterns that are active in me... ) My twin, who was 54 when we met, had alot of similar experiences and much worse and much more. AND we both had so much love and understanding with the rhythm of life already that we were not total wrecks when we met. He had the deep love of a loving father and mother which made me relive my separation trauma over and over again everytime we met and parted ways...

My concept of relationships always being don’t get too attached to anyone. Even my kids used to ask me WHY ARE YOU LIKE THAT MOM? I don’t need to to be next to anyone 24/7 kind of suffocates me and feel it takes my own space. I like giving people their space toget mines and be respected.
