The CRF300L comes with a slipper gripper clutch and for some has caused a lot of issues... or has it! Lets go over how it works, why it works, and if it's up to the job. Many CRF300L owners are swapping to CBR300R clutches it fix "issues" they're having. I'm not sure that's the best idea or needed at all. So will put a stock CRF300L clutch to the test with a highly modified bike. My CRF300L has a big bore, higher compression, race cams, ported head, and more. Will the clutch hold?
