just booked a cruise on the dream. Loved your tour video and it turned me on to your channel. Y'all (yes I'm from the south) are so fun to watch. My 1st cruise was with Royal and it was wonderful but I have a feeling Carnival is more a party ship. Royal was relaxing and not so much a big party but we will see if my theory is correct. If you are able to squeeze in some more time in the Seattle area, rent a car and drive to Mt. St. Helens. It will take your breath away!! I think it was about a three hour drive, but well worth it. It erupted when I was still in high school and Mother Nature's power is AWESOME!

The Pride is still our favorite ship (Baltimore is one of our closest ports). Its just a shame during the dry dock this week that they are taking a lot of the Renaissance theme out of it (which made the Pride unique) and also took out the chapel (where we got married in) and the library out to put an arcade in place. We understand that was kind of unutilized space that was not making money...but it just sucks. Lol We are sailing on her again in September so we will most definitely be vlogging it. Thanks for the Q&A!

Hey loved your video on the Carnival & Norwegian comparison. After 9 on NCL we did our first Carnival about 3 weeks ago. I think everyone will have different thoughts lol. We actually thought the food was better on Carnival, but it definitely lacked choices of places to eat. We did a small ship but even on NCL ships of the same size there are more food choices. You also didn't mention the waterfront from the Breakaway class ships which is our absolute favorite thing! Happy cruising!!

OMG, you're going to LOVE Victoria. I spent 13 years there in the Canadian Navy, so if you have any questions, feel free to hit me up. We actually live just up-island now, so if you need anything we can certainly lend a hand. Thanks for doing this version of the Q&A and it's really helping us narrow down which cruise we pick for our first (AND what to do when we pick it). You guys are providing a great service! You should hit up CruiseTipsTV for help on the live Q&A because Sherri and Mr CruiseTipsTV certainly have the routine nailed down. Your tips about driving to port are one of our biggest issues, living on Vancouver Island. We have to fly to Florida which is an added $1200-$1400 expense for the two of us and after everything is said and done, a cruise will cost us approximately $4000 Canadian, so we have to be selective. Thanks again, you guys!

I travel light with my kids too. Mostly because I end up being the pack mule. 😁 I think the checked bag is a good idea. Watch your weight limit though and bring mix and match clothing. Plus a laundry pod to do a load or two on the ship if you are sailing Carnival. Wear your heaviest items on the plane along with jackets, it does get cool in the evening so you will appreciate having them. If your personal item can be a backpack, use that for any overflow. I would roll clothing or there is this one packing technique where you fold into the width of your checked bag and stack like files in a cabinet. If you are flying in early, see if there is a grocery store near your hotel or if they shuttle, buy your shampoo, soda, wine to carry on the ship (whatever the line allows). It would bring a reusable grocery bag and lay flat in your checked bag. Makes carrying your grocery items easier onto the ship. Neutral dresses with a different scarf or jewelry piece makes several dinner outfits. 3 pairs of shoes: sneakers, flip flops, and dress shoe that matches everything. You could get one more wearing sneakers on the plan but watch the weight, put flip flops and flats in your back pack if needed. Happy Sailing ⚓

Jamaican all inclusive resorts are great! When air fair was cheaper we used to vacation 2x per year 1 week cruising, 1 week in Jamaica. All the Couples resorts and the Royal Decameron Montego beach were our favorite all inclusive resorts. we went to hell Jamaica by taxi from port cost us about 20 bucks but it was more a guided tour of Jamaica and had a blast stopped off at the post office and mailed a post card from hell to our pastor at the church we attended at the time! the people of Jamaica are some of the friendliest people we have met cruising. but with that sayed you will get hassled by some of them around the port wanting you to buy there goods so learn to say no thank you and walk off no big deal rules to follow if you smoke pot smoke it at home its totally legal for Jamaicans to smoke it walking down the street but as a US, citizen if your caught you will go to jail in Jamaica I'm told is a heavy fine. Do not follow anyone down a alley! 3rd rule don't let anyone put a neckless or bracelet on you once its on you are expected to buy it and can be arrested for theft if you refuse to buy it I'm told (not 1st hand info)

@@brianclark6340 go to Adam Lee sea cruisers on you tube and see that and go to Facebook Sea Truthers page. The short version is that Amy Donoho collected money for a shore excursion on her group cruise that she. claimed was cancelled but was actually never booked and money never refunded. She also collected money for booking other group cruises that were in fact not booked and people are still waiting to get their money back. They probably wont because she had them pay through her Pay Pal friends and family account instead of to the cruise line. She claims to be a travel agent, but in fact is not. And apparently she's a convicted felon from many years ago. It's all on the Sea Truthers facebook page. Most of the people from the group cruise have told of their experiences with her. The reason i asked this question of EECC Travels is that other you tubers such as Sharon at Sea, Dons Family Vacations, Mr. Traveler, Sean and Stef, and La Lido Loca have all addressed the scandal and the impact on them personally.

I think there’s a lot of safety with the ppl who have lots of followers and recommendations. If they had few stars or bad reviews - we’d know.

@@heatherg1706 the Sea Cruisers have over 30,000 followers. What has come out is never assume that because you like someone on KZitem that you know them. Anyone who Googled Amy Donoho would have found out right away about her criminal past and more recent questionable activities as a Disney shopper.

I've been following that! Seems like this girl got in over her head but has a questionable background. If you are asked for money directly rather than payment through a vendor, run! Reputable Travel Agents will never ask for a direct PayPal payment.

Hate to be bothersome. Why does Norwegian charge more for port costs/taxes than Carnival. I priced a Carnival and Norwegian cruise. Port costs/taxes on the Carnival were at 11%. Norwegian was 14%.

shout out for Levi....love that company...but do you really think you should position yourselves after only 7 cruises on 3 lines as experts? I've cruised 15 times and would never be so bold. And your videos are good evidence....

Not sure what demographic you are appealing to ...hopefully the ones that can afford a cruise...but my recommendation is for the husband to cut his hair....looks like a homeless person and is amplified when he drinks. Not someone I would like to encounter on a cruise and especially seek information about the cruise.

I think he’s a free spirit. He appears happy with his hair. So stop judging him. They seem to appeal to many demographics. I see a variety of ages here, males and females. I think you’re rude.

Every video I’ve watched, he has been such a genuine person. You are definitely in the minority with this opinion, as he is always so nice. How he wants to have his hair is his own personal choice. Out of all the things you could get from this video, this is what you choose to comment on?

Michael Nichols sorry, you’re alone on this one. Jason is HOT! Your opinion is unwanted, i bet you’re not very pretty either :)

Perhaps, you need to get a handle on your limbic system instead of commenting on someone else's appearance, especially when you don't know this person. Just stop watching.
