Recipe and ingredients for buns:
200 ml of warm milk.
9 g of dry yeast.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
Stir until the sugar and yeast dissolve.
100 g of wheat flour.
Mix and leave to activate the yeast.
2 eggs + 1 egg white.
100 g of sugar.
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
75 g of butter.

Mix the egg mixture with activated yeast.
Sift 420 g of wheat flour.
Mix the ingredients.
20 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix the butter into the dough.
