For some of us who dont have have siblings and parents alive to show and advise us... these conversations are really more than gold for someone like me. More because you really dont know who to ask and be so vulnerable with. Thank you so much for assisting us with life coaches in the privacy of our homes, life plans and dear diary sessions Thank you King David ❤

The best teacher of how to avoid or get out of a fire is one who has been in the fire. Breaking generational negative habits needs to start with you, it will be difficult but self awareness must lead and being intentional must follow

Wow. This is educational , I once experienced a Sad story while in Real Estate , A Father elected for the daughter to inherent his property with the mother and the daughter was married in community of property but going through a divorce and The house had to be sold for the ex husband of the daughter to get his share of 25% of the Father inlaw property. The family was indebted couldn't afford to buy a new House. They lost a house as they had to payout the ex husband of the daughter.

I need this lady. My previous financial adviser didn't go into depth like this. He just made me sign papers. I felt like it was rushed and didn't feel right. Good thing he resigned because I give him every excuse under the sun for him to resign before they could even start deducting. Now I should contact this lady and do this the right way. I'm 25yrs old and I wana be smart with my money.

Loved that point about endowment policies. Just for that point nje i would have her as my financial advisor if i didn't have the knowledge. DJ Sbu once tweeted something very crazy and stupid he said have an endowment policy and never worry about university fees for your kids. These celebrities if they don't tell yol to buy houses coz of interest rates they tweet such without considering their influence. Now people can't afford to pay for houses they bought in 2019/2020 because a DJ said buy. I love how she explained the tax rate for endowments and why it should not be first option. I like the female financial advisor guest so far. Hai that other uncle yena yohhh 🤔🤣😂🤔

Groetmun, I wish the title read "Africans don't have succession plans" or "Batho/Abantu don't have succession plans". As we grow up around white people, we have learned there is nothing black about us Africans. This session was great stuff. This is really the kind of content we have been needing.

Hello guys, I hear the story of my sister. She is biased because she was affected, her father was FA, as FAs we are taught to make provision for a separate life cove to sort out the cost of death, it was a poor planning to expect the beneficiary to pay for that. J hope you advise clients accordingly and not repeat the same thing to them.
@elwealthpodcast
Жыл бұрын
No I am not biased. Deemed property belongs to the deceased and that is the truth. We should never want to be enriched through other people……period. Le wena don’t be that person in the future in your family. Be trustworthy 🤙🏾.
