Forgive me, I thought this was about molybdenum...I DO have a question. Will molybdenum help the sulferization pathway of glutathione? I have COMT slow, so I'm curious about molybdenum and the methylation pathways. Thanks for all you do!

I will be honest, when I started lowering carbs, it was the hardest thing I have ever done …giving up the sugar and it probably took five years to get over it 90 percent. If I had known about GLP ones, I think they might have been good for me and I’m currently looking into GLP ones for auto immune even though I do not absolutely do not need to lose any weight…

Molybdenum helps to metabolise copper too. Brewers yeast supplements are helpful for some people ( not all )

I thought that molybdenum "chelates" copper (i.e., sequesters it, thereby depriving the body of it), rather than helping the body to be able to better absorb it. Are you sure you are correct about the "metabolise" part, was that information found at a good source? By the way, many other practitioners - besides Peter Osborne - advise caution about taking too much supplemental molybdenum. I've never heard any other nutrition expert advising that high dose molybdenum was safe and harmless. People have gotten psychosis from taking doses of Mo that are not much higher than 500 mcg per day. From what I've read, caution is certainly advised. I would be grateful if anyone here could show me any other credible "nutrition expert / advisor" who is as sanguine about molybdenum supplementation (at mega-dose levels) as Dr. Osborne is. As though it's practically as innocuous as one can get. At this point, I am not persuaded. I'm willing to be corrected. If anyone can show me where I am wrong.

Potentially copper. I read somewhere that molybdenum is a "potent chelator of copper" (which is very important to the body), but - unfortunately - I didn't keep track of the source. In other words, I can't recall the source for that dramatic sounding statement. By "chelator", I'm assuming that meant that bioavailable copper (in some form) was being sequestered, and thus unavailable for the body.
Interesting observation, healthy 66 y carnivore I have just moved house and lost access to my R/O water supply for a week, so drank treated council water. I became concerned in my urination frequency increase to every 30 minutes! I then changed to a pure Australian bottled water till new R/O filter is installed and amazingly it has corrected to previous frequently, any ideas as to what was happening in my system with this treated water?

And even more are not. I'd call Dr. Osborne directly. There is about a 6 month wait list, but I spent longer than that going from one useless dr to the next, both functional and conventional, and got no where. If yoir case is not an easy one, save yourself the time and money by going directly to Dr. Osborne.
