This is so true. I started imagining myself doing things I could never even think of because of my background and financial situation in family. I just wanted those things so badly. To visit the gigs of my favorite bands, to travel to different countries, to start riding horses. Everything seemed too expensive and unachievable, but I kept dreaming. Looking back in my notes of 5 and 10 years ago I can tell you I've fulfilled ALL of my dreams. This is magic. I don't know how it happened to me and sometimes I think do I deserve all of this? Obviously, I work on this too 😂 because it's not ok to always feel something is wrong when everything is great (this dates back to my childhood when everything was wrecked and it was a norm for me). But I keep dreaming and write down new things I want. Something I couldn't even think of in my childhood.

I had a similar background. This is very inspiring to read! I've been writing down things and beginning to see them all come true even though I was told growing up that I couldn't do what I wanted because money or other negative reasons. Now I know I'm doing the right thing and will continue to get results and your comment is confirmation that I'm on the right track. Thank you 🙏

Great advice. One of the best things I've done over the last few months is write a list in my phone of "I am the type of person that...." for example, "I am the type of person that is solution-driven.... that doesn't sweat the small stuff... that gets shit done... etc etc" I refer to this list almost daily and it has really transformed my life. Especially the mindset of being a solution-driven person rather than a person that focuses so much on the problems at hand. Maybe someone will find some use in this as well!

I remember watching a video of Liz and her saying “stop complaining and feeling bad about yourself instead do something about it” I was like 😮 that same day I started working out and didn’t stop it’s been 5months and I lost 25lbs and I feel good , I look SOOO GOOD bc I lost the excess fat now im working on toning my body, in conclusion you’re able to do it, if anything start slow don’t rush I didn’t eat clean at first but slowly incorporated it since in my brain it didn’t make sense that I would do a workout and have fries for lunch so subconsciously I would automatically replace it with a meal high in protein. 😅 now Its a habit to do my workout ❤

If someone is going to cheat in a relationship, it says everything about them, and far less about the person they are in a relationship with (it may be part and parcel of who THEY are). The off-set to these insecurities is Spiritual Alignment. Spiritual alignment is being true to oneself (true to their values, their beliefs) and being true to those values and beliefs when interacting with others. It is also following one's instinct on what they should be doing and looking to achieve in the present, and when we consult our instinct by asking oneself what should/do we need to be doing right now, or doing to change our current life situation the answers will be the present point of focus/direction, and take us onto our next stepping stone in life. If we also focus on doing the right thing for the right reasons we also shouldn't go far wrong. When we start to listen and follow our intuition and instinct we start to trust and believe in ourselves. Believing in ourselves is to stop seeking validation from others. Also very important, when we invest in relationships, it's important to see a return on that investment, and if patterns start to develop it may very well be time to draw stock and re-evaluate. Hope this has been of some help/inspiration. 🙂

Yes, the conclusion part hit me hard. It made me feel uneasy, felt bit tears coming up to my eyes. I´ve known for some time that I need to change. It is painful, hard. I´ve thought about starting the gratitude journal and it feels like a difficult obstacle. "I don´t have anything to be grateful, as my life is empty". Yet, other half of me says that ofc I have something to be grateful for! Even a bit of sun ray makes me happy, so why not? Yet, it feels like a huge challenge. So I´m gonna do it. Today. No more waiting. And I will find even one piece of nugget of gratitude to write down. I need to fight off this weak side of me. Life is too precious to be wasted on mizerable feelings. Thank you for the video.

Dear, your problem lies in the concept that you believe consciousness comes from mind and mind comes from matter. Which the vast majority of the world believes, hence science. But your experience is, if you cared to look, that mind stirs in consciousness which gives rise to the ideas time, space, matter, I, objects, inner and outer, a person that is separate, God etc. If you look very closely you will discover that the experience of the world is no different to that of the dream you had last night. For the experience of the world is just an experience of mind. The only thing you know of an outside world, is the knowing of it. In truth there is only consciousness and thoughts move in consciousness. But thoughts are transient and made of the stuff of consciousness. Consciousness is what you are and everything appears in you. The universe, your life etc. is just a movement of thought. So any "I" which is just a name labelled by a thought construct is a fabrication which the Hindus call the first ignorance. Just become aware of the sense of "I" and know that anything you can perceive you are not. The disturbing truth is this. When I see your body, I see you. Beyond the body I am you. Because I am the universe is. What connects the dream character with the dreamers mind is a thought "I". So in dream and in the waking state there is the thought "I" which is the first thought and prerequisite for all other thoughts. It was the first thought at birth. But in deep sleep there is no "I" because there is only consciousness experiencing the absence of mind activity. There is no one in this world that does not appreciate deep sleep. We always say. I slept happily. If dream and waking state are identical then the only reality to the dream character is the dreamers mind or consciousness. Some call consciousness awareness, some call it emptiness, some call it Brahman, some call it God. Just know there is no person and you are the house of God.

This video is awesome I keep pausing it to digest the last thing you said. But you said something so interesting when you mentioned being stuck in the victim mentality. I had a revelation that may not apply to everyone. I realized that the victim mentally served me is because at one point I was a victim and I didn’t stand up for myself and no one knew. I felt powerless with no control. If I could own what happened to me then I can get the attention or help I didn’t get as a little girl. It took me watching this video to realize that. So thank you. 🖤

Lol, my self image would probably make you throw up. I think unbelievably high of myself. It's borderline narcissistic. The only reason it's not narcissistic is because it's all true.
