做法:
將火腿粒 欖仁爆香,
將醃蝦肉 蟹肉 青菜粒 用雞湯加鹽
胡椒粒灼熟 瀝乾水分待用
將牛奶煮熟和其它所有成分拌勻
牛奶基本調好了 接下來就準備進炒鍋。
