Despite his size he is also doing beyond expectations on the defensive end. He is able to close out on the 3 really well and there was a time he got zack Levine to pass on him. Hope he gets actual minutes when the season starts!

@@mechamach8873 Well even in the Olympics he scored well but was jacking up shots. If he picked his spots better and just be a passer maybe an NBA team can use him just for his playmaking. FYI, in these 3 games his FG make and attempts is an atrocious 1-11. Until he gets better at shot selection I don't see him making it.

He’s a skilled shot maker in Japan. Looks like NBA range is a little bit too far for him. Let’s see if he adapts. You can tell his basketball IQ is up there. If he can make shots consistently I think he’ll earn regular minutes. His court vision and instincts can’t be overlooked.

@@lauivan6726yes thats true but he still need to adapt, NBA 3p are 50cm more range than fiba 3p. So the deep 3 in fiba is just a normal 3 in NBA. People are less likely to guard in deep 3

I think he's still trying to play it safe bc the full roster hasn't been decided yet still being able to produce this much. In the B League and the Olympics, he was fearless. If he is able to secure a roster spot even as a second string and get the green light from the coach, bro will totally ball out.

Definitely agreed. This guy may be by far the shortest guy in the NBA but looks like he's the fastest and quickest player with elite play making ability and heart which probably cannot be taught. Just hasn't developed his shooting yet. Bronny just looks lost despite being by far more gifted than this guy.
