Ingredients: (change this to your desired amounts)
We used about 8-12 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 TBL dry ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 thinly sliced green onions
2 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken (we used leftover drumstick meat)
3 pieces cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 cup mild shredded cheddar cheese
sweet Hawaiian Rolls (sliced in half)
grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
Melt the cream cheese: Add the cream cheese to a 4-5 quart heavy-bottom stock pot over medium heat. Stir often until melted.
Season the mixture: Sprinkle the ranch mix, onion powder, and cracked black pepper over the melted cream cheese. Stir to combine, then remove from heat.
Combine the ingredients: Stir in the green onion, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar until completely incorporated.
Prepare the rolls: Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Add the filling: Spread the chicken ranch mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
Add more cheese, if desired.
Top the sliders: Lay the top halves of the rolls over the shredded cheese.
Butter the rolls: Use a pastry brush to spread the melted butter over the top rolls.
Bake 10-12 minutes
Add parmesan cheese over the buttered rolls.
Enjoy!
