Second guy said that what they see in the video is most likely first class, using our today standard and I commented at him that for Pan Am back in the 60s, their economy class was pretty famous for being comfortable, nowhere near first class, but absolutely comfortable since passenger weren't being packed like sardine in a can like today. Crewcabanger606 Vaporwave is a genre that was concocted partially as a joke (lmao let's chop-and-screw '80s R&B hits and see how seriously people will take us). More serious proponents of the genre insist it uses these repurposed and warped songs as a sort of statement on the disposable nature of Western culture brought upon by consumerist post-industrial society, or something similar. It's often downbeat, reverb-y, and lo-fi, like finding the world's last working VHS player in a bombed-out ruin. Future Funk is Vaporwave's hipper, cooler, younger brother who gets invited to all the parties while he stays at home and broods over Nietzsche. It's basically just the same patterns of reverb and lo-fi, but minus the pretense and with a higher BPM and bass-boosted. To simplify a bit, it's House + '80s Pop/J-Pop a e s t h e t i c s. Both genres are wonderful of course. But only one of them is acceptable to play at your average dance hall/house party affair.

No credit to the original artist at all. Macross and Young Bae are disgusting and an insult to City Pop.

Wow. This is known in the Netherlands for a total other reason. There it is the theme song for a cartoon series called Dommel. (Which was also released in Japan. But mainly it was for Dutch/Belgian market as Dommel was a Belgian creation. 😶

I live fairly near an airport so I’m just vibin to this at sunset while I watch the planes fly out and in, low enough to see which airline they are.
