2012 World Figure Skating Championships
World Figure Skating Championships held in the 2011-2012 season. From March 26th to April 1st, senior class men's and women's singles, pairs and ice dance events were held at the Palais de Exposition in Nice. In March 2011, the French Skating Federation was considering changing the temporary venue to Montpellier and transferring the right to hold the 2011 tournament to Japan, which was unable to hold the 2011 tournament due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, but in the end it was initially.
