Gracias Yuzuru! ❤ Gracias Mustafá!❤
My friend thank you so much for this wonderful video. Always love your authentic reactions & respect towards Yuzu. Hana wa saku is devastatingly beautiful, such an emotional program. I cry everytime watching this. The flower is for representing the reconstruction of the Great East Japan earthquake. This was shot on ice perspective which is amazing coz Yuzu skates like a god. The cameraman was Jordan Cowen, he said in one of his interviews that he cried while filming this & this is not just an exhibition piece but a show/art piece which is very true. Yuzu also skated it on WTT 2021. You can check that out, it's extremely emotional. Also Yuzu had collaborated before with the singer Fumiya Shashida for Hana ni nare which is another soul touching program & Yuzu recently performed it on his first solo ice show Prologue. I hope you'll find time to watch them.

Yuzuru places a gerbera, which is a type of chrysanthemum, on the ice. This is not a coincidence either. It is an important flower in Japan, an imperial flower. Chrysanthemum symbolizes rebirth, and symbolizes serenity in adversity,

Thank you for the reaction😊 I love the wind flowing through his hair and costume. Everything is so beautiful in this program. When he performed it for WTT 2021 the audience lit up their smartphone lights for him while he performed and slowly created a starry sky for him. Like the sky he saw at the night of the earthquake which is a symbol of hope for him.

Hi, Mustafa. Thank you for your reaction for Hana wa saku! In my opinion, he is not only matching the music. He expresses the music and makes the music alive. One little story that happened when choreographing the program was that when deciding what to do with the flower, instead of saying "Put the flower down here", Yuzuru said "Let the flower wait here", as if the flower is not an object but something alive. It seems to me that Yuzuru has a very special way of viewing the world that's why he is able to bring out a performance that's pure and beautiful. I think someone in the comment section already shared the story of the cameraman who was crying while filming Yuzuru's performance. So I'd like to share another story: A swedish commentator also cried at the end of the performance. She commented: "During all of my years commentating on figure skating, there hasn't been a single skater that is so philosophical and has such a thoughtful relationship to his skating as Yuzuru Hanyu. " I'm happy that I'm not the only one that is touched by this performance. And thank you for giving credits to the singer as well, as you always do! The singer of Hana wa saku, Fumiya, also collaborated with Yuzuru on the song "Hana ni nare", which means "Become a flower". The collaboration happened before "Hana wa saku". They becomes friend after that despite the singer is 7 years older than Yuzuru, as they shares same vision of producing perfect art, and put their 120% even in rehearsals. If you're interested to do a reaction to Hana ni nare, these are the links to the performances that I like: kzitem.info/news/bejne/zImk3Zp4jGRzoKQ (Nagoya 2013) kzitem.info/news/bejne/y4Ket6B9jaWKpXo (SOI 2014) In my opinion, his skating skills have not fully matured yet back then, compared to what he has now. But there was a very pure and innocent vibe around him when he skated. He really turned into a flower like the title of the song named. And there were glitters in his eyes that made him very adorable.
