I used to watch this in the 60s. I remember Lynch abd Quilley. Barlow and Watt got their own series, and investigated Jack the Ripper. Incidentally, your flag logo is the wrong way round

Lake appeared as villains in lot of TV crime shows. He had the right presence - not least because he'd done time himself. Though not until a few years after this.
