自家製~韓式醃白蘿蔔 Home Made~Korean White Radish Kimchi
材料 Ingredients:
800g 白蘿 White radish
腌料 Marinade:
15g 韓式辣粉 Korean Red Pepper Powder
15g 薑泥 Ginger Puree
15g 蒜碎 Chopped Garlic
15g 蔥花 Scallion
3 tsp 魚露 Fish Sauce
1 tsp 鹽 Salt
[製作方法 How to Made]
1: 先將白蘿蔔洗淨去皮切方塊,另外再加入鹽去腥味,浸泡1小時,之後用水清洗掉所有鹽分後;將蘿蔔轉移到容器中, 放置一旁備用; First wash, peel and cut the white radish into cubes, add salt to remove the fishy smell, set it aside, wait for 1 hour and then pour out the water;
2: 另再加入全部腌料,放入雪櫃醃一晚可食用。Add all the marinade ingredients, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for one night before eating.
