Carnival is generous to honor her 10k cruise credit, it is her fault to leak her travel info out to cause an hacker to cancel her room. Staff working on cruiseships are hardworking, plus have to leave their home for few months or years to work aboard. Most of them are just to support their family and not spend on themselves. I always give the respect and treat them nicely on the cruiseships.
Totally Carnival’s fault … though all info was leaked thru social media … BUT they had the responsibility to email the original buyer to confirm if this cancellation was legit .. after all … it involved 11,000 penalty .. maybe even a real phone call .. especially this was the most expensive accommodation at the cruise ship .. to compensate the victim with 2 inside rooms was utterly ridiculous .. maybe I ought to remember the freak up name .. avoid Carnival for sure .. what a moronic cruise line
