I've translated this via you tube It would seem totally enclosed motors don't make them completely silent, it just reduces the noise that it may have had otherwise. At least that's what it seems like. It likely means more hollow and lighter trains can use them and not have a rediculous amount of traction sound. As a result it spunds relatively similar to older stock. My second hypothesis is that perhaps running SiC modules makes the motors resonate motor and so enclosing them balances out the sound it would have if it was open ventilated. All I know is im happy it's not dead silent. I can't stand dead silent train. They ruin the appeal of EMU quirks. That's my opinion anyways .
