Hearing the external influences on poker success is so interesting. The mind, body, and soul approach is so beneficial not only to improving whatever skill you want to get better at, but accepting the successes and more importantly tribulations of life. It’s so interconnected it’s mind blowing. Favorite episode to date, I’m just late to the party 😂 thank you for all your hard work and insight Ben and Zac.

WoW! That's what I really call connecting the dots. A symbiosis of fitness, health, poker and Wim Hof, overwhelming and groundbreaking. Thank you gentlemen for this hig-quality format. I also really like the point from Zac where he says: The most important thing is to make it fun. This is so important, because you have to do it in the long-term for success The holy grail of habit change isn't one single 1% improvement, it's thousands of it ☺♥

in 50 words your mindset is your soul's interaction with your emotion set (what you refer to as the brain). the soul as the boss and your emotion set derived from your life... the stronger your mindset the closer to the soul, the weaker goes up to a point and then you have that other mind where it"s ZERO FUCH'S all the way. You have a very strong mindset

Great stuff as always! Should I start with for example taking 20 second cold showers and gradually make them colder or should I start with 3 second ice cold shower and gradually make them longer as days and weeks go by? For the last few weeks I'm ending my showers with making it colder in 3-5 steps and the last step is ice cold but I only stay in it for 2-3 sec.

Try to go as cold as possible and stay for 30 seconds and then slowly go up by 5-10 seconds every time until you reach the point where you can last as long as possible and it doesn't feel cold anymore.

Haha Wim Hof. The guy literally thought on a sunny day that it was a good idea to do a enema on a fountain in a public park in Amsterdam. The power of that water burst perforated his rectum and nearly killed him. But nevertheless I wish you good luck with that Wim Hof method!

Great interview, but he is definitely wrong or lets say too imprecis about the roids. If you're not close to your genetic limit and take the strong ones which I dont want to name, you can train with middle intensity and will bulk up crazy. But you're ruining your hormonal state and some organs.
