Turmeric powder (haldi) - 1 tsp
Chicken cut into 8 pcs - 1 full
Yoghurt (dahi) - 1/2 kg
Saffron (zafran) - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Additional Saffron (Zafran)
Lehsun Mirch ki Chutney:
Dry red chilli (talhar mirch) - 3
Whole red chillies (goll lal mirch) - 8 to 10
Garlic cloves (lehsun) - 8 to 10
Water - 2 cups
Tamarind pulp (imli) - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Hari mirch ka Raita:
Green chillies (hari mirch) - 10 to 12
Mint (podina) - 1/3 bunch
Garlic cloves (lehsun) - 3
Vinegar (sirka) - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt (dahi) - 1 cup
