Great video, thanks! Do you know how I could create something like this form to update a Sell Contact? For example - I am visiting a customer, I want to log the visit but under specific queries - did I check that X was done, did I ask them about Y, did they ask me about Z.

Hi Shona. No, unfortunately you cannot link a form from Zendesk support to Zendesk sell. Main reason is because Zendesk Sell doesn't have an API where you could link info coming from the form. Sorry i don't have better news.

Hey nice vid, very informative! One question though, how did you get the 'submit a request' option in the help center? I made my form but cant see it.

You're probably logged in as an admin. If you're an admin, by default you can't see the button unless you enable this option. Please try testing as an anonymous user.

Thank you for making this informative video. May I ask how to enable the "submit a request" function to anonymous? I want to allow user to submit the form without needing to sign in. thank you!

You have to allow everyone to submit request and not have a sign option enabled for your guide.

Maybe ask users to log into the Guide or only allow users logged in to submit requests?

@@dominiccx fair and valid options...is there a means to require a recaptcha widget for Learn Center form submissions if we don't want to require login from any user before creating a ticket? (also, ty for the response)

another thought...can we route the form submission to a GMAIL with effective spam filtering and THEN into our ZD instance for agents to pickup the tickets?

@@ops-CS Zendesk stopped using google captchas a while back because of how annoying they were. Sorry I don't have better news.
