Congratulations on her success. These videos are difficult to watch. There is some mention in this video yet not enough. Looking for roadmaps now not just random success stories. Where are people getting the original money to play the real estate game? What credit scores do these people have when they start? Are they getting a business loan, trust fund money, income savings over time, credit card money, investor money, and so on? I notice too many times there seems to be a glossing over the start to get to the end result. What happened day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, up to the first property?

How wonderful it must be to live near like-minded people with common goals. Longmont sounds like a great place to live.

I was surprised when I applied for this position of Customer Success Specialist with bigger pockets and was not hired. I have almost 10 years banking experience.

This was a great video as always. I love the idea to try out retirement first. I think people fantasize what it will be like to do nothing doing. My husband would be happy golfing everyday. I would love to do something I love in my retirement years. I would love to get involved teaching kids about financial literacy. Do something good kids that are living in a world of consumption.

The whole, "my partner" thing irks me. Anyone know why this is so prevalent these days?

Those Canadian’s tend to be pretty resourceful, ‘eh?’. Joking aside, I really am impressed with a lot of them, they’re solid people for sure.

Hi Mindy and Scott. Been following you guys for a while. Good content. Especially this episode. Because a lot of the time people look down on others that are frugal or are good savers, like me. I am an American living in the Caribbean. I was wondering if you knew if it is possible to invest in stocks or bonds in the US from outside the country. Or if you have any tips or tricks from other places around the world. Thanks for the reply…!

Makes me feel uneasy not to max out Retirements accounts and instead have tonnes of debt for cash flow properties while having 2 full time jobs (one maintaining properties). Perhaps my risk appetite is too low :(
