Tthe premium class Japanese sushi ala carte usually comes with a hefty price, especially for those who like to eat sushi and if the taste is good then the price is worth it I have seen a few Japanese sushi/food before the Pandemic but some has close down due to poor business I think Thai people love to eat sushi, unfortunately, the response is not encouraging another reason tourists visiting Hatyai usually go for Thai food as their first option as unless like my friend will give their Thai girlfriend a Sushi delight Thank you for sharing,👍👍👍

Hi Francis, honestly speaking I really enjoy the premium sushi very much. Their ingredients are directly from Japan and usually they will only bring in small quantity to ensure the freshness of the food, this should be the main reason why it is very expensive. Last time when I was still working in KL, I love premium sushi and items like uni and salmon toro. Though, ever since I have moved back to my hometown Kuching, all these premium food are just too far away for me to reach. Thai people they really like Japanese food very much, but mostly they will go for sushi buffet which is more affordable. I tried the Japanese buffet once at Central Fest, it was good, clean, with quality and great variety. But you just cannot expect high end items like uni, toro or other types of high cost sashimi. You surely can give this restaurant a try if you also love Japanese food. I came across this restaurant for around 6 years already and it always deliver quality food, without fail so far. Have a great day and stay in touch!
