後將粉糰搓揉並個分成12等份,拿12份的水皮將12份油皮全部包入後將粉糰擀開後一一的卷起
並再一次擀開捲起並蓋上保鮮膜10分鐘,將粉糰均勻擀成圓形將餡料包入將表面按扁並竹籤在表
面扎洞均勻抹上蛋液,預先預熱烘焙180度上下火烘上10分鐘後再次的取出月餅並抹上蛋液後再
