⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋。
⭐蒸蛋糕一定要水開了才可以放蛋糕蒸,而且全程用大火。

200g(0.8杯)室溫原味酸奶
75g(1/3杯)糖
3個鷄蛋(室溫)
14g(1湯匙)蔬菜油
2.5g(1/2茶匙)香草精
150g(1杯)低筋麵粉
8g(2茶匙)泡打粉
水開后大火蒸約20分鐘

14g(1tbsp)vegetable oil
