The only way you can assess the balance is via a hair mineral analysis. Blood tests are not useful. Costs $175. It gives both individual vitamin/nutrient level plus the critical ratios.

So how about taking a nominal amount of copper (2-4mg) and zinc (15mg) on alternating days?

I’ve been taking your Blood Vitality now for 2 weeks and definitely feel much better! Will it also help with vision? Thanks so much!

I have deep vertical ridges on my thumb nails and doctor told me to take copper and zinc so I’ve been taking them together! 🤦🏽♀️😖 Thank you for this information. I will stop copper and will only take zinc. I will try to find foods high in copper and get it from there!

Is it good to drink from copper water bottles, cups, etc? If so, how often? I'm hearing mixed messages.

What should the radio be? How do we know if it's a bad ratio? Is the serum ratio valuable at all?

Refer my latest post. I have the results of my tests which show the low/acceptable/high ratios for each pair of minerals eg Zn/Cu if that may assist although several hair analysis companies have this info
