I think as a country we need a clean up mentality where every1 paints their own how or establishment and we learn how to maintain what we have building new is expensive on the otherhand maintaining is easier and cheaper .If you have beautiful surroundings the more you are happier if we master that we would be a happy country as a whole 🇿🇼🇿🇼🇿🇼🇿🇼

True. There's also a generation which has never known what a 'clean ' Zim looks like. So this may be the norm to them until they get exposure or are taught. It can be taught in school... Environmental Science.

So different to when I was there. Now in Zim there is so much poverty and unemployment. Is Zvishavane an exception to the rule because of the mining jobs? So many people, shops, buildings, schools, new cars, suburbs?

Visiting Zim towns from Zambia in the early & mid 1980s was a delight. Now it’s hard to believe that a town that was well planned is looking like this. I am not a Zimbabwean but would love to see this town look better than it is looking.

Town has massive potential to turn into a small city ,I think we lack modern town planners and civil engineers who are exposed to enternational standards in all our municipalities , exacerbated by the gross mismanaged councils we have sorry looking towns , from what I can see there's never ever ever been any attempt to even do repairs anywhere in half a century ,the amount of neglect is not 20 years old it's older , you cannot even see them try something just anything to for the roads or pavements , with all the receipts from the mining companies we ought to see just a little bit of something

Great content, major development needed with modern technology being implemented in education systems . No reason why we still have streets and vendors hustling the way they did in the 80/90s and now in the Millennium. They just won’t cope so hence improvements in all sectors is needed as then jobs, food security, housing, roads and people’s lives will improve. Great video once again bra

Thanks again. Tell me, how true are the videos of unprecedented upgrades of various power stations, building of Batoka Gorge hydro power, new parliament building and upgrading of harare airport?? If true, how is zim able to afford the huge debt and where is the funding coming from? Cheers.

everything is just so ugly. our town planners need to think about modernity. this looks pretty much like a growth point. tisa nyeperana hedu we still have a long way to go. wondering hangu if we have real engineers in Zimbabwe or it's just titles. the problem is having NSSA and Old Mutual plan and build these same ugly towns and malls, it's just pathetic. we can't even mention how pathetic the roads are, just like in all cities, you hardly see any road markings. just wondering why motorists should be asked to pay fees considering the poor state of the roads. how can standards be allowed to deteriorate to this level is beyond me.
