make sure the cloud server ip from device is set as the ip address of the computer where you installed Biotime

How to add a device direct to pc with ethernet cable?? I can ping my device ip but in software it shows not connected with red mark..z help

I think you added it on Unathorized Area. U can create new Area and add the device on it.

you can use port forwarding if you have static public address, if not try to use dynamic dns.

if its connected to Biotime, you need to set the time zone correctly. Go to Device > Edit > Timezone The device will automatically synchronized

@@gashawdesalegn9071 If you already created timetable/shift and assign those shift to users, try Attendance > Calculation > Calculation | Select Users | Select Date Range | Calculate[by clicking the calculate logo]

i believe the department setting is for the software only. you can organize the user from the device once it's uploaded to Biotime.
