Recipe: Ingredients- For the Chicken: -4 chicken pieces -1 tsp sugar -1 tsp vinegar -Water (enough to cover the chicken) -Seasoning mix (your preferred blend) For the Flour Mixture: -1 cup flour -1 tsp baking powder -Seasoning blend (to taste) For the Egg Mixture: -4 egg whites -1/2 tsp hot sauce For the Plantains: -4 plantains -3 tsp butter For the Gravy: -Instant chicken gravy mix (prepare according to package instructions) Prepare the Chicken: -Cut the chicken into desired pieces. -Season with your seasoning mix, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of vinegar. -Cover the chicken with water and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours. Prepare the Flour Mixture: -Combine the flour, baking powder, and seasoning blend in a bowl. Prepare the Egg Mixture: -In another bowl, beat the egg whites and mix in the hot sauce. Fry the Chicken: -Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C). -Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture. -Fry the chicken for about 30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 150°F (65°C) or is golden brown. Prepare the Plantains: -Peel and cut the plantains into quarters. -Boil the plantains for 25 minutes, until they are tender. -Mash the plantains with 3 tsp of butter until smooth. Recipe: Ingredients- - 2 lbs wild salmon - 5 new potatoes, cut into wedges - 1 bunch of asparagus - Seasoning mix (your choice) - 1/4 cup water - 1/4 cup white wine - 1/2 tsp butter per piece of salmon - Garlic powder - Dill weed - Salt and pepper - Parmesan cheese (optional) - Annatto (for color) - Olive oil - Fresh parsley (for garnish) Instructions: Prepare the Potatoes: - Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a pot of water. - Blanch the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. - Drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Prepare the Asparagus: - Trim the ends of the asparagus. Prepare the Salmon: - Score the salmon, being careful not to cut through the skin. - Season the salmon with your seasoning mix. Cook the Potatoes: - Fry the blanched potatoes until they are a light golden brown. Sear the Salmon: - Sear the salmon on the presentation side until golden brown. - Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan to prevent the skin from burning. - Add 1/4 cup of white wine and 1/2 tsp of butter on top of each piece of salmon. - Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. - After baking, broil the salmon on high for an additional 10 minutes. Recipe: -Half of tsp ginger -Two tsp of garlic -Half tsp of Salt -Half tsp Pepper -One tsp of Chichen bouillon -One tsp of Soy sauce -Couple dabs of Maggi Jugo Preparation: -Let the chicken wings sit in the fridge for two hours -Half of cup flower -Half of cup of corn starch -Apply the same dry seasoning from the wings -Add a cup and half of water to the flour and corn starch to make a frying batter

Recipe: -4 garlic cloves -1/2 an onion -1 bay leaf -1 sazón complete -1 spoon of salt -1/2 spoon of black pepper -5 spoons of apple cider vinegar -2 spoons of olive oil -1 spoon of chicken bouillon Prep/Chef notes: -For two chickens, double the recipe. -Cut the chicken in half and marinade for two hours or more over-night.

It's was a 5. If I added it one more Abanero, it would it bring it up to a 10. To me, medium it better. You can always add more heat, but you can not take it out. Thank you for your question 🙏🏽
