Sounds like Dan Woren who voiced the bleach captain Byakuya Kuchiki in the English dub; *BON ...KAi* "Scatter, Senbonzakura, Kageyoshi..."

So many likes including my own Yet I don't see humans act it and my experience now when do Mobile phones are a perfect example, everyone would agree overuse is unhealthy and when I use mobile once a day for 2 hour max It annoys and then I deal/ not deal with aggressive or passive aggressive actions of others I love to sit etc Blah I've no idea now how to be with this ❤

I love the message that is throughout this video of treating people with compassion and living with integrity. There was one part though that I didn't agree with and I felt contradicted the message in the rest of the video. It was the part where he talked about meeting people where they are, and in the examples he said he lied to people that he felt couldn't handle the truth. I don't agree with that at all. I think that lacks integrity, and if I find out someone lied to me, even if it was a white lie, it breaks my trust in that person. For example, the little girl asking "Am I going to be laying on a table dead one day?" He said he lied and told her "No". I think a better response would be to ask her questions like "Does that scare you?" "Why does that scare you?", "What do you think happens to a person when they die?"... Just start asking questions and talk about it so you can help calm her fear. But don't lie.

The 6 Mantras: 1. "I am here for you" Used anytime with the people you love. 2. "You are here and it makes me very happy" Used anytime to show that you see the other person 3. "I know you suffer, that is why I am here for you." Used to show to love to someone who is suffering 4. "I suffer and I want you to know, please help" Used when we suffer and feel another person has caused it. 5. "This is a happy moment." Used to acknowledge and share happiness. 6. "You are partly right, I have strengths in me and I have weaknesses in me." Used when someone praises or disparages you.

This was a good book with great knowledge. However, this book seemed like buddhist propaganda for lost souls searching for something to believe. Even so, it’s still worth the listen and consideration.

I would add what I've learned so far from being extremely socially anxious to getting comfortable, actually liking and actively seeking social stimulation. The goal of conversations and socialization is depth. Always. trying to make a connection with the other person via everything you say. Listening intently. Either you or the other person talk about your woes or ur good times doesn't matter as long as the speaker is being honest and the listener being considerate. You don't have to always have something fun to say to be able to communicate with others. It's ok to talk about sorrows in order to be vulnerable Infront of others. It's ok to be boring sometimes which can give others the chance to be interesting. Just be honest and considerate. And familiarize. Remember your brain isn't built for struggle it's built for comfort. So make ur self comfortable with socialization and conversations. In order to do that you gotta take opportunities to socialize or conversate that is presented to you even if you think ur gonna bore the person. The goal is to know yourself. To know how u like to conversate. To know you gotta test urself. If you don't get as many opportunities, create some, such as ~joining club that interests you ~having a pet help if u can afford that ~taking time to get to know my family actually helped a lot but I know that wouldn't be easy or even available for everyone ~this is a big one. Find fiction that you like. Fiction really helped me sort of remember how people are, what are their primary motivations and sort genuine feel a connection towards people. ~self help is also great for remembering key points or to escape into when you've had a disappointing social experience ~learn more things,do more things you love just for urself. These things help in connecting with others as well. Cause then you can find things u have in common with others. ~ last thing is. Even if you feel inadequate, boring, allianated or that you're better off alone. It's ok. We all feel this way. Take your time. If you feel tired rest. You don't feel like socializing today don't. Understanding, respecting your needs and ur boundaries is a big part of keeping the connection between you and the world healthy. Remember the only way out is thru. But you don't have to do it all today. Small steps overtime are great.
