I'm really being touched by the activities you've shared. I want to learn further about seniors exercises. I want to help elders in my country, Indonesia, to enjoy their ages. Do have license or training to get certified trainers, for examples? Please let me know further more. I have passion for elders. Thank you..

Hi Davinia, this was a project we did some years ago funded by the arts council. The trainer was a very inspirational lady called Diane Ammas. We devised our own sessions from this but we have also found Circle dancing to be very useful as well.

This is wonderful. An absolute inspiration, though I am surprised there have been so few views. The fact that dementia is a growing problem, and most carers learn by trial and error how to care for their charges, so often results in needless anxiety for both sides. Guidance about fun activities which can occupy, stimulate and exercise both those with dementia and the carers, and even involve friends and the family is a fantastic contribution. Thank you for posting this video.
