I found this CD in a used but not antique shop for $6, i thought my car's CD drive ate it because it wouldn't play and eject (unlike me...hahahaha), but it settled in and it sounds great on 2015 era Sony / Ford Audio

All hail the godfathers of stoner. Welcome To Sky Valley literally never left my tape deck when I was a teenager. All their albums are great. One of if not the best to do this style of music.

Found this 10+ years ago on a random youtube playlist called music for stoners or something a random guy made. Also on the playlist baroness, electic wizard, uncle acid and the deadbeats, red fang, orange goblin, and so many more. That one playlist began a whole Renaissance of stoner rock for me. Many bowls later and I'm still packin em to these guys!

I love Tool, but I get the sentiment. Tool, for how intricate and profound they are, never quite impressed me like super simple Kyuss did.

Why is it that I think if the original members of Kyuss reunited, it would be a very successful reunion? Set aside the past. Be humble. Acknowledge each others differences. Laugh at your stubbornness, your own faults. You have fans who want to experience a reunion. Forgive each other.
