I love how he's wearing an old-man's gray cotton t-shirt just so you know how hard he's working. Classic look.

My own takeback disintegrates as I get tired. It is reassuring to see that this old pro also has to deal with it. But pulled through.

Hydro so bad, harder to slide on, practically faster than hard court. It’s so sad that Florida has transitioned to these type of courts. It’s fine for 70 year olds who play doubles and do not have to cover much court or slide around.

Its great that he's stayed fit and motivated. This guy won a pro doubles tournament with mardy fish forever ago so he knows to compete and play under pressure and he didn't do well enough on the tour so his full time coaching (rather than getting weak on the retired pro couch) has kept him strong. I know at least a couple of 40 yr old former atp pros that are elite youth coaches now who'd probably still be able to win a point if they were motivated to spend the time and money on it. I bet if 43 y.o. Federer or Safin came.back they'd win a point on tour in a finite time. So its not impossible because of age but again hats off to him for doing it and being an inspiration for old guys and average tennis joes that eveything is possible 😊
