bro did you like took care of your daily protien and calorie intake?? because im also 15 years old, just started calisthenics 1 month ago and im not seeing any changes in skills or physique, plus i cannot take my daily protien requirement because of financial problems so i wanted to ask you if having a good diet plays a big role or not

listen eat soy daily 150 grams it cointains complete protein all different type of proteins 150gm soyabeen will cost around 10inr and have 50grams protein. dont listen to people saying soya is unhealthy they {people of west} just spread misinformation so their market does not come down. just soak soya overnight and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes and eat. i know it will taste not very good but once you get use to it trust me bro your performance will just boost. bro how, usually when i watch calisthenic transformation videos I get hope because most spend 1 year not knowing what they are doing and making little progress with the physique just like I have been since last year. Only recently have I figured out the right way to train calisthenics and said videos make me think I am on the right path but wtf is going on. This mf really did everything I want in a year and he got a crazy physique. I guess u knew what u were doing from relatively the start but I have never felt more pissed off that I spent I year barely making progress. W transformation

It's ok man I've been training calisthenics for 8 months now but I still haven't learned a SINGLE skill. Mostly been focusing on building foundation with the basics and the skills will come easily.
