This sounds amazing but it is giving me the wrong measurements. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my nesting of multiple components. I hope to see more info on this. Have a great day!

If the imported part measurements are incorrect you may need to convert the units, Fusion sometimes doesn’t respect the original units used. There’s some more information in the import OBJ section of the guide cutlistevo.com/guide/index.html#import If this doesn’t help feel free to get in touch via chat on the site.

Great tool, having grain direction would be great.

Thanks! You can add grain direction after importing the parts cutlistevo.com/guide/index.html#partrotation. Or were you thinking something else?

Hi, Dragging the OBJ file the application answers : "We did not detect a valid file type - this might be safe to ignore", but curiously and happily I got the table with my cut list below the drag and drop zone. Interesting, even more so I set dimensions in Fusion 360 by parameters. Finally, it seems to work pretty well. Thank you for this service.

Hi, I tried this out and received the error "Please use an OBJ file" when I drag my fusion 360 file into cutlist evolution. I was careful to export my fusion file as an obj. I am confused as to what is causing the error.

Hi please drop me an email at [email protected] with a copy of your OBJ file and I’ll look into this.
