Thanks for showing so many details of the apt plus a tour of the neighborhood! Very nice apartment and layout. I like your showing the amenities included plus the interiors of the closets. ( Earlier I watched a tour of a Park Ave, upper east side nyc apt maybe condo by a re professional, rushing thru the property. Very unprofessional and was about to call it a night till I came across your tour). Thanks

WOW!!! $1100 for a place no more than 600 sqft. That's just crazy. The washer/dryer combo is beginning to become common for rentals. I provided a washer/dryer for my rented home, which makes sense. It could be a fire hazard if tenets use their own.

I went through it when I broken my left ankle a little bit over 11 years ago in a bad car accident. My ankle was liked yours when I first saw it in the hospital in the ER. It did looked so freaky to me. My left foot was dislocated in and part of a leg bone looked like a knuckle under the skin. Luckily that I had my parents to helped my recovery after my car accident. It took me a little bit over 2 months to walked again. I was mostly in the wheelchair when I was outside of the house in going to the doctor for my ankle. I still have the plate and a few screws in that ankle.

I ask everyone to read the comment because it can save your life or the lives of others: If such a situation occurs with you, you must not float the car while speeding because it will cause the steering wheel to lock and you will not be able to control the direction of the car, and you must not pull the manual brake (hand break)because it will leave the car a turn on The same and possible cause the car to capsize, God forbid. The correct way is to put the gear on the letter N in order to slow the car down, and then use the brake to stop the car. Here is a video that shows the correct method: kzitem.info/news/bejne/k4-IyolrsYOGkqw
