For a Happy & Healthier life MHK suggests to adopt some of the following do(s) and don’t(s):-
Do(s):-
a. Have a healthy diet plan
b. Always eat calmly
c. End the meal well before the saturation of stomach
d. Chew each bite to the maximum
e. Drink water in the beginning or middle of the meal
f. Usually drink 12~18 glass of water each day
Don’t(s):-
a. Don’t swallow the whole bite without chewing
b. Don’t take the meal in haste
c. Never drink water at the end of meal
d. Don’t full stomach till throat
