Good content! May I encourage you to CONSIDER not brushing your edges/hairline area while your hair is wet? Hair is weaker when it's wet and type 4 hair tends to be drier and more prone to breakage. Maybe finger detangle and wide-tooth combing would work better. If you watch other channels, you'll notice how so many of us are struggling with keeping our edges. Just a thought! Carry on! 😊

@symccullough

What I meant was fasting for 8,10,12 hours a day and eating 1 meal after the fast for 30 days. However this would be between you and the Holy Spirit. I would take 1-2 weeks to replenish and start for another 30 days. Hopefully this makes sense, I should’ve explained further in video. I also did the Daniel fast as well.

"Natural" hair products are not necessary. I am 40 and my mum was able to take care of me and my sister's long natural hair as children. And yes it was thriving and long. She would use Shea butter mix when possible/available ( I am Congolese but grew up in France) but most of the time she would use regular shampoo and hair cream or/and grease that was available at the time. Techniques and basic hair/scalp hygiene is the most important. But for certain types of styling " hair out"...mousse, gel, curl definying creams.... are necessary and very helpful. To me I used "the natural movement mainly " as a way to learn new techniques from different Black women worldwide.

Consistency is key! And diet is important as well. I believe the hair growth is depended on your Anagen phase. So hair grows in its anagen phase. If you can preserve majority of your hair, without ripping it out your head. Then you can achieve great growth in your anagen phase which can last 2 or 5 years for example. So consistency in routine and great diet will help significantly in this case.

Blessings Sis Syteria ❤it's so good to see you back and I had been wondering where you were just to be sure you were ok because one day I searched your FB page and your channel and you were gone but I completely understand. You have brothers and sisters in Christ out here who love you! I really valued your channel not just for the natural hair journey but mostly your journey to a relationship with Yahusha Ha'Mashiach (Jesus Christ) because I was doing both as well. It sounds like you and your family were having a "Job experience" and I completely understand and have been there even my husband and I together after we got married. I have even dealt with the dreams and have had some spiritual experiences that I couldn't even begin to explain here. I'm even with you on the lost books! Once you begin to read them you realize why the enemy removed them because of the truth and power in them and revelation about the Most High. It's not easy to go through at all BUT the best thing that comes from these types of experiences is you really get to know the Most High FOR REAL and that it is Him and Him ALONE who keeps you. Ecclesiates 4:12 says a three fold cord is not easily broken and Yahusha is our 3rd cord. These experiences help us develop and tighten that cord and now you'll realize that nothing can break you or your family OR your relationship with our King Yahusha no matter what comes your way. Romans 8:35-39 | 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. HALLELUYAH! 🙌🏾We have already won we just have to endure to the end to be saved as the Word says. Much love to you and your family in Yahusha's (Jesus) Name and I pray the Lord's Will be done in you all's life. ❤🤗

Last night I read the first part of your comment and had to stop and cry. Because in those times I felt so alone. I was the only one having the dreams etc... it was intense and I didn't have a community to lean on in my area. But you're right that's when I learned to rely on and lean on Jesus more than ever. In those times I learned to rely heavily on the word of God as well. It wasn't easy and there were a lot of frustrating times. But I'm happy to be back and in a stronger mindset. I'm also happy to reunite with you on this new journey. I learned a lot while I was away and I pray that as the Lord leads me I can share more. In response to your Job comment. My husband and I are still studying the Book of Job today. We understand that we are up against a principality (Leviathan) which is mentioned at the end of the chapter of Job. When I read one of the lost books of the Bible (The Book of Enoch) A lot of things I was seeing started to make sense. I learned a lot about being alone in warfare and having to rely on the gift of tongues through strange warfare. The scriptures you gave are perfect and what I needed at this time, I thank you for it! I love Jesus so much because he knows just what his children need and delivers at the right time. God Bless you, and I pray God's will for you as well. ❤
