Yes! Or take your chances. Christ gave absolute power over sin to the Apostles. Matthew 16:18, 18:18, John 20:23. In 100% of biblical references to Christ forgiving sins, He told them out loud that their sins were forgiven (Mark 2:5, Luke 5:20, 7:48, John 8:11, even from the cross! (Luke 23:34). The sinners had no doubt! This is the Divine Plan. Do we love and fear God enough to keep His Divine Plan? Saint Paul forgave sins IN THE PERSON OF CHRIST and with the authority of Christ (2 Corinthians 2:10 KJV, D-R). Since 33 AD, the Apostles and the priests they have appointed have forgiven sins. And it is not the priest forgiving, but Christ through the ministry of the priest! Our Lord sent Apostles, telling them "He who hears you hears Me" (Luke 10:16). When we hear the priest absolving us from our sins, we KNOW that it is Christ forgiving us. Amen!

I am Latin rite born in Poland and I am 85 years old. I acknowledge that Novus Ordo Mass is valid but I remember more and more the Old Mass. I read about the origin of the new Mass and I get a painful feeling each Sunday during the Mass. I just need a to attend a Mass with the Celebrant facing God not the people. Should I seek a Byzantine Church or a FSSX or a SSPX? Any advice?

You all talking about disproving the pay gap disparity have to keep in mind a lot of our clergy are baby boomers and they were taught to bow down to anti-theist propaganda as science as irrefutable. For example, the Scopes Monkey Trial. This was a turning point in Christianity when Catholic schools began to kneel to the anti-theist propaganda. Over the following decades almost all Catholic schools closed. This coincided with the innovation of the destructive praxis de Novus Ordo. These older clergy constantly apologize for the social and evolutionary scientism. They don’t even actually know contemporary issues in science; they only hear popular talking points engrained over decades. Evolution and Einstein are completely washed out of physics but every single clergy I have spoken to pretend to be NOT anti-science and tell me how the science is settled and we need to avoid fundamentalism and the “Bible is not a science book” nonsense. It is above finite mortal knowledge. They don’t realize it was and is anti-Christ agenda. They don’t realize it’s not empirical science they are up against so apologizing for the very intelligentsia that oppress them is futile(James 2 instead of wealth per se they appease the atheist intelligentsia). So he has the right direction just old information.

This is no different than what the Greeks would have said about the statues of their gods. This why people turn to Islam for a pure monotheism, but they should just consider the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) instead. It’s very liberating to subtract the New Testament and Quran from the equation and return to the original Hebrew narrative.

Sound advice. I am from the RCC. Didn't realize until a couple of years ago we had Eastern Catholic churches in full communion with Rome. Went to a Byzantine church twice. Both times felt more than welcomed parishioners, which were also very friendly and helpful . Same with the Maronite church. Sunday, I might be visiting a Ukrainian Catholic church. I found it best to just send an email with any questions. However, just like the video said, it's your first time. Just take it in. I love learning more about our bothers and sisters in the Eastern Rite Catholic churches.

The Bible is the inspired word of God. 1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” Luke 1:46-47 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, 47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 1 Corinthians 10:4 “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.” 1 Samuel 2:2 “There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God. Mark 7:7. “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” 2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” 1 Timothy 4:3 “Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.” 2 Timothy 3:15 “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. John 19:30 …it is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” Better to be a born again Christian and find a good home Bible study group.

Forgive the ignorance of my following questions dear ones. I am a traditional Roman Catholic who absolutely loves the Divine Liturgy. I live in East Central PA, so am blessed to live near many Eastern Catholic churches. I frequently attend both Ukrainian and Ruthenian Liturgies. I have noticed some differences. Can anyone explain them to me? For instance, more kneeling in the Ukrainian church (virtually none in the Ruthenian). Praying the Holy Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy also seem more common in the Ukrainian churches. (Again, this is simply my observation). I understand that the Ukrainian church came to union with Rome before the Ruthenians. I would never use the word "better", but is one Liturgy more traditional than the other? Or perhaps the differences I am seeing are matters of individual parishes? Thank you and may God bless you all my brothers and sisters in Christ.

I have a question I’ve been wanting to join the Catholic Church for a looooong time I tried the RCIA but not in it’s beginning more like half way and I felt deeply that I wasn’t ready to become Catholic because I felt that I missed out a lot of great teachings and information since I was very late to join in but I’m looking forward to truelly join but this time I would love to join the Byzantine Rites since it’s so pure and traditional Liturgical Church… I was wondering does the Byzantine Church does the same RCIA as well or are they different and when do the Byzantine normally start there classes

In Psalm 2 It is clear who to " kiss " .✨️ Psalm 2:12 KJVS Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. Christ blessed , amen 🏁 The two over the Ark of the cvenant were likely The two witnesses archangels Michael and Gabriel. They were with The Lord visiting Abraham and in late Daniel over the river Ulai Only the high priest tentered there once a year and no kissing thereon was. Read Hebrews 9:7

@@salc8870 In the Holy of Holies the Lord let high priests enter once a year . Two angelics , the cherubim , stood in form there. Abraham was visited by three men before Lot's folk were to be taken out , preceding destruction of the cities there. See Genesis 18:2 KJ21 And he lifted up his eyes and looked, and lo, three men stood by him. And when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground Daniel in the last chapter has three men visible in the Ulai river. One stands over the river giving the final say . Daniel 12:7 KJ21 And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was upon the waters⬆️ of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by Him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he shall have accomplished scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. Christ walks on water ❓️Matthew 14:25-27 KJ21 And in the fourth watch of the night, Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea⬆️. [26] And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, "It is a spirit"; and they cried out for fear. [27] But straightway Jesus spoke unto them, saying, "Be of good cheer. It is I; be not afraid." Yeshua , Christ , was preexistent before his foretold birth in Bethelhem by the Virgin , crucifixion and resurrection so to give the final blood sacrifice for all tribes of earth . Hebrews 9:11-12 KJ21 But Christ, having come a High Priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands (that is to say, not of this building), [12] neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood, He entered in once into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. So yet the Holy city is pictured with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel and the Apostles of the lamb Yeshua inscribed in foundations and gates thereof .See Revelation 21 to clarify. All the best to prove 1 Thessalonians 5:21 KJVS Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Amen you all & may the Lord attest to truths. Also even heathen Nebuchanezzer used the term in the miracle he saw in the firery furnace Daniel 3:25 KJVS He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

@@salc8870 Read Daniels account wherein Nebuchanezzar described the fourth man in the fiery furnace as like " the Son of God". So even gentile kings knew earth had a charge' of all affairs here who could appear . In tbe last chapter of Daniel who stands over the river with two men on each shore ? Is it not pre virgin birth he who will walk on water in Galilee ? Abraham was visited by three men before they went to see Sodom's state in Genesis . The ark.of the Covenant had the Lord speaking from it while two guilded figures of the two man archangel duo were there . Zechariah made reference to there being so as tbe two Olive sticks .
